Dear Rhianna,

My daughter doesn't want to clean her room. Any Advice?

Dad

Dear Dad,

If your daughter does not want to clean her room, tell her you'll give her a treat. And, to pretend she's in the State Championship of cleaning her room. Tell her to toss her toys in the toybox.

Friend Stealing

Dear Rhianna,
There is this girl at our school named Kara. She was mean to my friend Megan. She called Megan -- Madden. She is taking our friend Salena away from us like Salena is a toy. Can you help us? She just won't stop.

From:
Friends tooken away

Dear Friends Tooken Away,

Tell the teacher and if she doesn't stop, tell her mother. Or, don't pay any attention to her when she does it. Tell Kara that she can play with all of you. If you don't let her play, then maybe you are just being mean yourself.

Bratty Behavior

Dear Rhianna,

My friend is being a bully. She won't stop being a brat to me, Kelsey. She has an older brother that swears all the time. I don't want to say anything mean to him because he always swears to her parents too. I want her brother to stop swearing at me. There was a car that passed by and my friend Nicole went up front and Stephanie said a bad word down there. (Opposite of heaven).

From:
Sick of being sweared at

Dear Sick of being sweared at,

Ignore your friend when she's being rude (and don't play with her). And if you guys aren't friends anymore because of that, make a new friend who is respectful.

Ignore the swearing . If they don't get any response to the swearing, they may stop.

Dog Chews Furniture

Dear Rhianna,

My dog is chewing up the furniture. My mom is going to send him to the kennel if he won't stop.
I will be sad if he leaves. Can you help me think of something to say to my dog? And how to ask my mom to not send him away?

From:
Don't want to lose my dog.

Dear Don't want to lose my dog,

Teach your dog the meaning of "No", and if the dog doesn't stop, put plastic on the furniture.

Naughty Boys

Dear Rhianna,

I am a teacher and I have naughty boys in my class who talk all the time. Sometimes they make fun of the nice girls in my class too. How can I make them stop talking and being rude to the girls.

Thanks, I'll be waiting to hear from you,
Miss Wish my boys were good!

Dear Miss Wish my boys were good,

Call their parents, and give the boys detentions. If that doesn't work, then email me back.

I only get $1.00 a week for my allowance. Now that I'm getting more responsible & need more money, I would like more allowance. How can I convince my grandmother to give me a raise?

Your friend,
Flat broke

Dear Flat Broke,
You could have a sale (make something to sell), and ask her for some new chores.
